铰刀切削复杂轴类零件对压销力影响的试验研究

摘要:整体硬质合金铰刀在带齿的轴上铰孔时,切削参数不匹配会引起后续工序的压销力不合格(过大或过小),导致铰刀易折断、寿命低。分析实际加工条件和被加工材料的特征后,修改原有铰刀的设计形式。试验表明,可延长刀具寿命1.5倍,提高加工效率。本文介绍了所改进的铰刀头部设计和切削参数调整的试验过程及结果。

Experimental Study on Effect of Complex Shaft Part on Pin Pressure of
 Cemented Carbide Reamer

Abstract:The overall of the whole cemented carbide reamer on the shaft of the cutting machine will cause the unqualified of the cutting parameters(too large or too small),which directly causes the reamer to break directly.By analyzing the actual processing conditions and the characteristics of the processed materials,the original form of reamer is modified.The experiment proves that the extend tool life is prolonged to 1.5 times and the machining efficiency is improved.The experimental process and results of the improvement of the head and cutting parameters are introduced.
