专用盘形铣刀铲磨工艺分析

摘要:阐述了小外径、多槽数、0°齿型角盘铣刀的铲磨工艺,分析了传统盘形铣刀铲磨在保证齿背铲磨长度的情况下所用砂轮是否与相邻齿发生干涉。当铣刀外径小、槽数多、齿型角为0°时,前后相邻齿的槽底距离较小,砂轮铲磨一齿与其相邻齿的前面难免不发生干涉,由于是0°齿型角,无法形成刀刃侧后角。因此,本文通过对齿型的分段铲磨和改变大小托板角度、修正砂轮角度等方法,解决了专用铣刀的铲磨难题。

Analysis on Relief Grinding Technology of Special Disc Milling Cutter

Abstract:The research on the relief grinding technology of disc milling cutter with small outer diameter,a large number of grooves and 0 degree tooth angle are mainly described.The traditional disc milling cutter relief grinding is mainly to ensure the back of the tooth relief grinding length,whether the grinding wheel and the next tooth interference.When the milling cutter has a small outer diameter,a large number of grooves,and the tooth profile angle is 0 degrees,the distance between the groove bottom of the adjacent teeth is small.It is difficult to avoid interference between the grinding wheel and the front of the next tooth when grinding the first tooth.At the same time,due to the 0 degree tooth angle,the side relief angle can′t be formed.In this paper,the grinding and shoveling problems of special milling cutter with many difficult problems are solved by means of grinding the teeth,which changing the angle of the large and small support plate and correcting the angle of the grinding wheel.
