刀具切削刃钝圆半径对微细切削尺度效应的影响

摘要：针对微细切削加工中存在的尺度效应，研究了微细切削加工中尺度效应产生的机理，通过建立微细切削加工有限元模型，模拟并分析了微细切削加工过程的尺度效应，揭示了切削刃钝圆半径引起尺度效应的内在作用机理。

Influence of Rounded Cutting Edge Radius of Cutting Tool on
Micromachining Scaling Effect

Abstract:According to the scaling effect in the process of micromachining，the formation mechanism of scaling effect is studied.Thought buidding finite element model of microcutting，the scale effect in microcutting process is simmulated and analysed.The internal mechanism of scale effect caused by blunt radius of cutting edge is revealed.
