四自由度激光测量系统的优化

摘要:传统的四自由度激光测量系统缺点明显,在不计光传播过程中能量损耗的情况下,由于其原理限制,最终用于测量其位移量的光能只有总光能的25%,用于测量角度量的光能只有总光能的12.5%。光能的利用率低直接造成最终获得信号的信噪比降低,即随机误差的影响比重加大,影响测量精度。对整个光学系统提出改进,位移量测量光能利用率和角度量测量光能利用率均提升一倍,并消除了角度测量对位移测量的影响。

Abstract:The shortcoming of the traditional fourdegreeoffreedom laser measurement system are obvious,except the energy loss in the process of light propagation,because of its principle limits,the light energy used to measure displacement is only 25% of the total light energy,and the angle measuring is only 12.5% of the total light energy.The low utilization rate of light energy directly causes the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the acquired signal to be reduced,that is the influence of random error on the specific gravity is increased,so the measurement accuracy is affected.In this paper,the whole optical system is improved.After the improvement,the light energy utilization ratio of displacement measurement and the light energy utilization ratio of angle measurement are doubled,and the influence of angle measurement on displacement measurement is eliminated.
