制备方法对陶瓷结合剂结构与性能的影响

摘要:采用干混法、熔融法、溶胶凝胶法分别制备了同种配方的陶瓷结合剂,通过对其显微形貌以及耐火度、流动性、物相组成、抗弯强度、气孔率等性能进行表征,研究不同制备方法对陶瓷结合剂结构与性能的影响。结果表明:采用熔融法制备的陶瓷结合剂具有抗弯强度高和热膨胀系数较低的优点;采用溶胶凝胶法制备的陶瓷结合剂则具有耐火度低、流动性好和组织均匀的优点。三种不同方法制备的陶瓷结合剂的抗弯强度、气孔率、硬度和热膨胀系数分别为32.68MPa、26.42%、60.7HRB、9.72×10-6/℃;68.52MPa、0.55%、88.3HRB、5.81×10-6/℃;4631MPa、28.74%、64.3HRB、7.34×10-6/℃。

Effect of Preparation Method on Structure and Property of Vitrified Bond

Abstract:Vitrified bonds with the same formula are prepared by dry mixing,melting and solgel methods respectively.The effects of different methods on the microstructure and properties of the vitrified bond are studied through characterizing the microstructure,refractoriness,fluidity,phase constitution,bend strength and porosity.The results show that the vitrified bond prepared by melting method has the advantages of high bending strength and low thermal expansion coefficient and the vitrified bond prepared by solgel method has such excellent properties as low refractoriness,good fluidity and uniform structure.The bending strength,porosity,rockwell hardness and thermal expansion coefficient of vitrified bonds by three different methods are 32.68MPa,26.42%,60.7HRB,9.72×10-6/℃;68.52MPa,0.55%,88.3HRB,5.81×10-6/℃;46.31MPa,28.74%,64.3HRB,7.34×10-6/℃ respectively.
