基于i5智能协同系统的柔性加工单元优化仿真与实现

摘要:针对轴承端盖类零件混流柔性生产线对应的加工系统和物料系统的工艺需求,设计了由i5智能系统为总控协调各子系统的柔性加工单元。逻辑控制采用基于i5ST语言PLC的CMD协同控制方案,方案包括总控单元以及机床、机器人等子函数库以及对应机床及机器人的上下料程序。通过VisualOne软件虚拟仿真,验证了所设计方案的有效性。在以托盘内零件数量为变量的试验中,加工当托盘内零件数为8续单模式生产,效率分别比盘内数量为6和4模式提高3.1%和2.7%。

Collaborative Optimization Simulation and Implementation of
Flexible Processing Units Based on i5 Intelligent Synergy System

Abstract:Regarding the technological requirements of the processing system and material system of the mixed flow flexible production line of bearing covers,a flexible processing unit of i5 intelligent system is designed.The logic control adopts CMD interaction scheme based on i5ST language PLC.The plan includes the total control unit and the machine tool,the robot,the subfunction libraries and the loading procedures for the machine and the robot.When the number of parts in the pallet is 8,the efficiency is improved by 3.1% and 2.7% compared with the number in the tray of 6 and 4,respectively.The system is verified by VisualOne virtual software and the processing unit has achieved continuous production in the digital workshop of Shenyang Institute of Technology.
