镍基合金熔接涂层与基体温度场的有限元分析

摘要:建立镍基合金熔接涂层和基体的三维有限元分析模型,基于ABAQUS软件采用生死单元法对其进行温度场分析,研究了镍基合金熔接涂层和基体之间的温度场变化规律。结果表明:熔接涂层与基体之间的温度场呈阶梯状分布;热源附近的熔接涂层温度场呈均匀分布;移除热源后,熔接涂层的降温速率高于基体的降温速率。

Finite Element Analysis of Temperature Field on Nibased Alloy 
Cladding Coating and Substrate

Abstract:A threedimensional finite element analysis model of Nibased alloy cladding coating and substrate is established.By application of ABAQUS software and using lifedeath element method,the temperature field is analyzed and the variation of the temperature field between the cladding coating and the substrate of Nibased alloy is studied.The results show that the temperature field between the cladding coating and the substrate is a ladderlike distribution,and the temperature field of the cladding coating is uniformly distributed near the heat source.When the heat source is removed,the cooling rate of the cladding coating is higher than that of the substrate.
