提升汽轮机转子8.4mm T型槽加工效率

摘要:为保证智能制造试点成果及时推广到正式生产中,急需改进转子的加工方式,提高转子加工效率。以8.4mm T型槽为研究对象,分析传统自制工装加工问题,选择高熔点及高硬度的硬质合金刀具对84mm T型槽做加工试验,对其切削参数、排屑和加工质量等方面进行对比观察,得出适合T型槽加工的刀具方案及切削参数,并将其应用到转子加工中。结果表明:转子T型槽加工效率可提高50%以上,汽轮机转子加工效率可提高30%以上。

Efficiency Improvement on Rotor of Steam Turbine′s 8.4mm T Groove

Abstract:The pilot of intelligent manufacturing achieved a series of results,to ensure these results applied to formal production promptly,the method of processing of rotor to solve the shortage of processing ability is changed.The 84mm T groove is taken as the research object,the traditional processing manner is analyzed,carbide tools with high melting point and high hardness to process the 8.4mm T groove are chosen.The cutting parameters,chip removal,processing quality and other aspects are compared,the right tool solutions and parameters are chosen,it′s applied to the processing of rotor.The rotor′s 8.4mm T groove processing efficiency is increased by more than 50%.The rotor processing efficiency is increased by morn than 30%.
