硬质合金涂层刀具崩刃和钝化带涂层脱落原因分析

摘要：在PVD涂层生产中，硬质合金涂层刀具的崩刃和钝化带涂层脱落占不合格品的比例较大。本文从涂层刀具的崩刃和涂层脱落现象入手，通过制样分析，发现造成这两种不合格现象的根本原因均与磨削质量直接相关，并进行工艺改进。

Analysis of Chipping and Coating Flaking off of Coated Tools

Abstract:In PVD coating process，broken cutting edge and coating flaking off on cutting edge is the main nonconformity type during coating service.The same reason has been found with the grinding quality according to this analysis on samples.It is directed related the grinding quality of the tools，and the improvement advice is also put forward.
