齿形测量中的齿轮安装误差修正

摘要:齿轮安装误差是齿形测量中较为常见的误差来源之一,在测量过程中由于齿轮旋转使安装误差对同一齿轮的不同齿有不同影响,对同一齿面上不同测量点的影响也不同,因此不能使用简单的线性公式对安装误差进行补偿。为了解决齿轮安装误差修正问题,本文基于坐标变换原理提出了一种齿形偏心修正的方法。试验表明,应用该方法对偏心齿轮进行补偿得到的齿形质量评价结果与理论齿形相比,能保证精度在±1μm以内,消除了齿轮安装误差对齿形测量的影响,对提高齿轮测量精度具有重要意义。

Correction of Gear Installation Error in Tooth Profile Measurement

Abstract:The gear installation error is one of the most common error sources in tooth profile measurement.In the measurement process,the installation error has different effects on different teeth of the same gear and different measuring points on the same tooth surface due to the rotation of the gear.Therefore,a simple linear formula can not be used to compensate for installation errors.In order to solve the problem of gear installation error correction,a method of tooth profile eccentricity correction based on coordinate transformation principle is proposed in this paper.Experiments show that the tooth profile quality evaluation results of eccentric gears compensated by this method can guarantee the accuracy within ±1μm compared with the theoretical tooth profile,and eliminate the influence of gear installation error on the tooth profile measurement.
