高速铣削参数对锡铋合金切削温度影响的试验研究

摘要:针对锡铋合金材料熔点低、切削加工性不明的问题,采用红外测温仪研究了干式高速铣削参数对锡铋合金工件切削温度的影响,采用正交试验法进行试验规划,用直观分析法对试验数据进行分析,结果表明:铣削参数对切削温度的影响程度从大到小依次为:切削深度、进给量、主轴转速、行间距;对锡铋合金进行高速铣削时,切削温度随着进给量和切削深度的增加而升高,随着主轴转速的增加而降低,行间距对切削温度基本无影响;得出了最优铣削参数组合,当主轴转速为9000r/min、进给量为150mm/min、切削深度为0.6mm、行间距为0.4mm时,切削温度最低;对锡铋合金进行干式高速铣削过程中刀具无明显磨损,在试验范围内未发现锡铋合金加工表面有熔化现象,锡铋合金属于易切材料。

Experimental Investigation of Influence of Highspeed Milling Parameters
on Cutting Temperature of SnBi Alloy

Abstract:In view of the low melting point and unclear machinability of SnBi alloy materials,the influence of dry highspeed milling parameters on the cutting temperature of SnBi alloy workpiece is investigated by using infrared thermometer.The influence of the orthogonal experiment method for design of experiments and intuitive analysis method to analyze the experimental data,the influence degree of milling parameters on the cutting temperature from big to small in turn is cutting depth,feed rate,spindle speed and line spacing.The cutting temperature increases with the increase of feed quantity and cutting depth,and decreases with the increase of spindle speed.The optimal milling parameter combination is obtained.When the spindle speed is 9000r/min,the feed is 150mm/min,the cutting depth is 0.6mm,and the row spacing is 0.4mm,the cutting temperature is the lowest.During the dry highspeed milling of SnBi alloy,the tool has no obvious wear.There is no melting phenomenon in the surface of SnBi alloy processing in the experimental range,and SnBi alloy is an easycut material.
