牙种植体植入扭矩影响因素的分析及预测模型

摘要:植入扭矩是影响牙种植体的初期稳定性的重要因素。临床上,通常用牙种植体植入扭矩的术前预测来提高种植成功率,因此,植入扭矩的术前预测十分重要。通过一系列的植入扭矩试验分析了牙种植体的几何外型、植入转速和松质骨的骨CT值对最大植入扭矩的影响。通过建立牙种植体植入过程的数值仿真模型分析了骨质不均对牙种植体植入扭矩的影响。将试验所得数据拟合了两种牙种植体最大植入扭矩的预测模型,用于植入扭矩的术前预测。最大植入扭矩的预测模型包含了骨CT值、植入转速和骨CT值方差三个影响因素。结果表明:两种牙种植体的最大植入扭矩存在明显差异,且最大植入扭矩值均与骨CT值呈正相关;骨CT值越大,最大植入扭矩受种植体几何外型的影响越小,受植入转速的影响越明显。

Impact Factors Analysis and Prediction Model for Insertion Torque of Dental Implant

Abstract:Insertion torque is a crucial factor to the initial stability of dental implant.Preoperative prediction of insertion torque of dental implant are often used to increase the success rate of implantation in clinical,which make preoperative predictions process look very important.A series of insertion experiments are used to analyze the effect of implant geometry,insertion speeds and CT value of cancellous bone on insertion torque.Numerical simulation of implantation process is used to analyze the effects of uneven bone quality on insertion torque.The prediction models for maximum insertion torque of two dental implants are fitted through the experimental data,which could be used for preoperative prediction.The established model considered three factors,the CT value of bone,insertion speed and the variance of the CT value.The results of experiments show that there is the significant difference in maximum insertion torque values of two kinds of dental implants,meanwhile the maximum implant torque value is positively correlated with bone CT value.The maximum insertion torque values are affected by the implant geometric along the CT value of cancellous bone become bigger while the effect of insertion speed become more obvious.
