反向分段加工变形控制方法在叶片加工中的应用

摘要:发动机叶片多为薄壁复杂结构,铣削加工时极易产生颤振和变形等缺陷,导致叶片加工困难。将反向分段加工理论应用到某型号叶片铣削加工试验的结果表明:该方法降低了叶片加工过程中的偏转和弯曲变形,误差缩小到0.02~0.03mm,获得了较好的加工精度,从而验证了该理论在叶片类薄板件加工中的优越性。该方法可为叶片加工过程中的颤振抑制提供参考。

Application of Reverse Segmented Method in Deformation Control of Blade Machining

Abstract:The aeroengine blade is a typical workpiece with thin wall and complex structure.The flutter and distortion are easy to occur during milling,which makes the blade machining difficult.In this paper,the theory of reverse segmented machining theory is applied to the blade milling experiment,and the results show that the deflection and bending deformations are reduced,and the processing error is narrowed to 0.020.03mm.Through the experiments,it can be concluded that the reverse segment theory is suitable for thin walled part machining and it also provides a certain reference for suppressing chatter in the machining process of blades.
