基于自动球压痕和一维应力波的皮质骨模型参数标定

摘要:在皮质骨JohnsonCook模型准静态参数的标定过程中通常需要进行重复试验,不仅过程繁琐,而且增加成本,因此,有必要对标定过程进行简化。利用自动球压痕试验、图像处理及混合定律标定皮质骨的准静态力学性能参数,基于一维应力波获得皮质骨的动态力学性能参数,从而得到皮质骨的JohnsonCook模型参数。建立基于ABAQUS有限元软件的皮质骨钻削仿真模型,通过试验对JohnsonCook模型参数进行验证。研究表明:仿真结果与试验结果吻合度较高,说明本文所提的简化方法可用于标定JohnsonCook模型参数。

Parameters Calibration Model for Cortical Bone Based on
Automated Ball Indentation and Onedimensional Stress Wave

Abstract:The experiments usually require replication in calibration of the quasistatic parameters of JohnsonCook model for the cortical bone,which makes the process complex and increases the cost.It is necessary to simplify the calibration process.The quasistatic mechanical property parameters of JohnsonCook model are calibrated by using automatic ball indentation tests,graphics processing and mixture rule.The dynamic mechanical property parameters are obtained according to onedimensional stress wave,and the parameters of JohnsonCook model are obtained.The simulated model for drilling of the cortical bone is established in ABAQUS,and a series of drilling tests is conducted to validate this model.The numerical results are demonstrated to be consistent with the experimental ones,which indicated that the proposed method can be used to obtain the parameters of JohnsonCook model.
