汽车球笼类传动零件测量仪器的研制

摘要:针对人工测量球笼效率低、难度大、精度不足等缺点,研制了一台中心高及偏心测量仪。该仪器采用立式结构,主要由机械系统、测控系统和计算机系统三部分组成。介绍了仪器的测量原理和工作原理,运用长光栅测量方法设计了测量导轨组件、测杆组件和光栅传感器组件等关键机械结构。通过采用步进电机驱动测头沿被测球面母线运动的方式,实时采集X、Z两路光栅信号,再经测量软件分析处理,实现了球笼中外套、内套、保持架等零件中心高和偏心的自动测量,可判断零件是否合格。结果表明:该仪器性能稳定、测量精度高、重复性好,测量结果评价准确,可用于汽车球笼快速精密测量,也适用于其它球面类零件测量。

Development of Center High and Eccentricity Measuring Instrument

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of low efficiency,difficulty and inadequate precision of manual measurement of spherical cage,a central height and eccentricity measuring instrument is developed.The instrument adopts a vertical structure and consists of mechanical system,measurement and control system and computer system.The measuring principle and working principle of the instrument are introduced.The key mechanical structures,such as measuring guide rail assembly,measuring rod assembly and grating sensor assembly,are designed by using long grating measuring method.By using stepping motor to drive the probe along the measured spherical bus,the X and Z grating signals are collected in real time,and then analyzed and processed by the measuring software,the automatic measurement of the center height and eccentricity of the sleeve,inner sleeve,cage and other parts in the spherical cage is realized,and whether the parts are qualified or cannot be judged.The results show that the instrument has stable performance,high measurement accuracy,good repeatability and accurate evaluation of measurement results.It can be used for rapid and precise measurement of automotive ball cages and other spherical parts.
