以花键分度圆为基准的孔位置度测具设计

摘要:针对以花键分度圆为基准的待检测件孔位置度是否合格的问题,设计了一种孔位置度检测装置,并提出其检测方法。采取花键跨棒距固定不变、滚棒与花键的齿槽相配合,通过调节滚棒尺寸来消除齿槽宽公差间隙的定位方式,配合测量销能否通过测量孔来判断孔的位置度是否合格,解决了检测以花键分度圆为基准的待检测件孔位置度是否合格的难题。

Design of Hole Position Measuring Tool Based on Spline Dividing Circle

Abstract:In view of the problem of whether the hole position of the parts to be tested is qualified or not based on the splines dividing circle.A kind of hole position measuring device is designed,and the detection method is put forward.Fixed by splines across rods,the cogging of the roller rod and the tooth groove of the splines.The positioning method of eliminating the tolerance clearance of slot width by adjusting the size of roller.Whether the matching measuring pin can judge and the position of the hole is qualified or not by measuring the hole.The problem of whether the hole position of the parts to be tested is qualified or not based on the splines dividing circle is solved.
