金刚石刀具刃磨技术发展现状

摘要：金刚石刀具在超精密切削中有着不可替代的作用。金刚石刀具的刃磨技术是保证切削加工质量的必要手段。本文从金刚石刀具刃磨的研究背景与现状出发，介绍了金刚石的物理及化学性质，着重阐述了金刚石刀具刃磨技术和金刚石刀具的主要评价指标，并对未来的刃磨技术发展趋势做出了预测。

Review of Lapping Technologies for Diamond Cutting Tool

Abstract:Diamond tools play an important role in ultraprecision cutting.The lapping technologies of diamond tools are necessary to ensure the quality of machining.Based on the research background and current situation of diamond tool grinding，the physical and chemical properties of diamond are introduced.The lapping technology of diamond tool，the main evaluation indexes are analyzed.Finally，the future development trend of lapping is predicted.
