3D打印发展现状分析及展望

摘要:3D打印被认为是第三次工业革命的代表,其对材料的处理方式实现了从等材、减材到增材的转变,完全颠覆了传统加工制造行业减材制造的理念和模式,同时具有直接快速、个性化设计、无难度成型等特点,一直以来都是“智能制造”的重要研究课题之一。为此,本文从工艺技术、行业标准、市场规模等方面分析和归纳了3D打印在国内外的发展现状及存在问题,并对今后的研究方向提出了智能材料、绿色加工、数字化整合等发展趋势的展望,为我国3D打印行业的发展提供了一定的借鉴意义。

Analysis and Research on Development of 3D Printing

Abstract:3D printing is considered to be the representative technology of the third industrial revolution.Its treatment of materials has transformed from equal materials,reduced materials to additive materials,which completely overturns the concept and mode of material manufacturing in the traditional processing and manufacturing industry.3D printing has the characteristics of direct fast,personalized design and no difficulty forming,which makes it one of the important research topics of "smart manufacturing".Therefore,the situation and problems of 3D printing in the development process at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of the process technology,industry standards and market scale in this paper.And the development trend of smart materials,green processing and digital integration in the future research are prospected,which provides a certain reference for the development of China′s 3D printing industry.
