铍青铜微细切削性能研究

摘要:通过对比聚晶金刚石(PCD)、硬质合金、立方氮化硼(CBN)刀具在微细切削铍青铜时的切削性能,研究了不同刀具微细切削铍青铜时的表面粗糙度以及表面纹理,分析了不同刀具微细切削铍青铜时的刀具磨损状况,主要包括前刀面、切削刃以及后刀面。研究表明,PCD刀具在进行微细切削时表现出优良且稳定的切削性能,不仅表面粗糙度Ra值低、切削力小,而且刀具磨损量最小;硬质合金刀具在本次试验中切削性能仅次于PCD刀具,考虑到刀具成本,硬质合金刀具具有极高的性价比;CBN刀具则由于容易产生大型的积屑瘤从而导致切削过程极不稳定,表面粗糙和切削力过大,而被证明不适合用于铍青铜材料的微细切削过程。同时对PCD刀具微细切削铍青铜的切削参数进行了优化。

Study on MicroCutting Performance of QBe2

Abstract:The microcutting performance of QBe2 among polycrystalline diamond (PCD),cemented carbide and cubic boron nitride (CBN) tools has been compared in this paper.The surface roughness and surface texture of different tools has been analyzed.The same time,the tool wear including the rake face,cutting edge and flank has been studied.The results show that the PCD tool has steady microcutting performace due to its low surface roughness Ra,the smallest cutting force and the tool wear.The cemented carbide tool performs second only to the PCD tool and is also suitable for the microcutting of QBe2.The CBN tool has been proved unsuitable for the microcutting process of QBe2 in that the production of large builtup edge can result in the unstability of this process with rough surface and big cutting force.Meanwhile,the microcutting parameter of PCD tool has been optimized by orthogonal cutting experiment.
