高性能陶瓷刀具数据库的构建

摘要:为推进切削加工的数字化,在经验公式模型的基础上,从数据库的设计、数据模型与应用程序架构三个方面,开发了一款高性能陶瓷刀具数据库系统。该陶瓷刀具专用数据库具有结构清晰和功能强大的特点,主要分为数据库与应用程序两大部分,数据库的主要功能是数据的存储与匹配,应用程序的主要功能是实现信息管理、参数计算与切削性能预测等功能。本数据库系统是基于课题组多年理论研究以及与企业合作研究累积的试验数据的基础上开发的面向陶瓷刀具应用的基础数据库,对提高陶瓷刀具的推广应用,满足更多难加工材料的加工具有积极意义。

Construction of High Performance Ceramic Tool Database

Abstract:In order to promote the digitalization of machining,based on the empirical formula model,describes the development process of high performance ceramic tool database system from three aspects:database design,empirical formula model and application program architecture.This system is mainly divided into database and application program two parts.Among them,the database is mainly responsible for data storage and matching,and the application program is mainly responsible for information management,parameter calculation and parameter analysis and other functions.This database system is a basic database for ceramic tool application developed on the basis of many years of theoretical research and accumulated experimental data in cooperation with enterprises.
