船用柴油机缸盖喷油器孔的高效加工

摘要:缸盖是船用柴油机主要零件之一,其中喷油器孔的加工是缸盖加工的关键工序。分析了喷油器孔结构特点,根据结构特点制定了加工工艺方案和切削参数,设计开发了成套非标刀具,并在现场进行了试切。结果表明,采用设计的刀具和工艺方案,能有效解决大直径深孔加工中存在的振动问题,大幅提高了船用柴油机缸盖的生产效率,试加工零件完全能达到预期效果。

Efficient Machining of Cylinder Head Injector Hole of Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:Cylinder head is one of important spare parts of marine diesel engine,and it′s typically dubbed as the bottleneck section to restrict improving the production efficiency of marine diesel engine;while oil ejector hole processing holds the key to the cylinder head processing.This thesis makes a detailed analysis on the structural features of oil ejector holes;based on that,it concludes a complete processing plan and cutting parameters.A whole set of nonstandard cutting tools has been designed and developed which is also on trial by customers on spot in the end. It proves that vibration in the middle of large diameter and deep hole processing can be addressed if the cutting tools and processing plan mentioned in thesis are used;and additionally,it will make production efficiency of cylinder head of marine diesel engine a leapfrog and the spares parts totally comply with the drawings.
