虚拟仪器在轴尺寸测量中的应用

摘要:为提高继电器关键零部件的测量效率和测量精度,提出一种基于虚拟仪器与机器视觉技术相结合的微尺寸测量系统。该系统由工业相机采集微小尺寸轴图像,利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发环境中的IMAQ Vision库进行图像分析处理,运用轮廓分析方法得到被测工件的轮廓数据,并采用最小二乘法进行直线拟合以动态实现微小尺寸的自动检测功能。试验结果表明,设计的视觉检测系统误差不超过0.002mm,有效提升了继电器关键零部件微小尺寸检测的准确率和稳定性,具有良好的实用价值。

Application of Virtual Instrument in Shaft Dimension Measurement

Abstract:In order to improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy,a microsize measurement system for relay key components based on virtual instrument and machine vision technology is proposed.The system acquires images of smallsize axes by industrial cameras,analyzes and processes the images by using IMAQ vision library in LabVIEW virtual instrument development environment,obtains the contour data of the workpiece to be measured by using contour analysis method,and performs linear fitting by using the least square method to dynamically realize the automatic detection of small sizes.The experimental results show that the error of the designed visual inspection system is less than 0.002mm,which effectively improves the accuracy and stability of small size inspection of key relay components and has a good practical value.
