刀具磨损对CFRP/Ti叠层制孔精度影响的试验研究

摘要:为研究刀具磨损对CFRP和钛合金叠层制孔精度的影响,采用不同的加工方式至刀具磨钝,观测刀具磨损情况。利用三坐标测量机对不同材料的出、入口的孔径精度进行检测,计算孔径一致性,得到孔径几何精度随刀具磨损的变化规律及主要影响因素。结果表明:叠层材料制孔加工过程中,CFRP孔径受刀具磨损影响较大,且受钛合金切屑影响,出口直径比入口直径大,孔呈锥状;钛合金孔径先因刀具磨损而减小,由于轴向力过大出现振动和孔径上升的现象;钻孔过程中退刀冷却可提高刀具寿命,并在刀具寿命周期内可提高叠层制孔的孔径一致性。

Experimental Study on Influence of Tool Wear on Precision
of CFRP/Ti Stacks Drilling

Abstract:This paper focuses on the influence of tool wear on the precision during CFRP/Ti Stacks drilling.Different drilling methods are first used to make the tool worn,and then the tool wear is observed,the entry and exit hole diameters of different materials are measured by threecoordinate measure system,the hole consistencies are calculated,and the variation law of the hole accuracy with the tool wear and the main influencing factors are obtained.The results show that CFRP is greatly affected by tool wear and titanium alloy chips during drilling.The diameter of the outlet is much larger than that of the inlet and the shape of the hole is cone-shaped during drilling CFRP layer.The hole diameter of titanium alloy would decrease first because of tool wear and then increase due to the rising axial force.With drawal cooling,drilling can increase tool life and improve the hole consistency of laminated materials during tool life cycle.
