梯形微坑织构球头铣刀刀具结构强度仿真研究

摘要:在研究球头铣刀时发现,将合理排布的表面织构置入球头铣刀的前刀面,有明显提高刀具切削性能和抗磨减摩的作用。为了确保刀具表面微织构制备不影响正常使用,需要探讨微织构和刀具强度的关系。以球头铣刀作为研究对象,在球头铣刀前刀面制备不同几何参数的梯形微坑织构,通过ANSYS软件对球头铣刀强度进行仿真,得到不同几何参数下的应力和应变云图,并作出相应分析。结果表明:在球头铣刀前刀面制备梯形微坑织构对刀具强度影响不大,可正常使用;影响刀具强度的各项因素顺序由大到小为:微坑间距>大小微坑直径>距刃距离。当微坑间距为150~175μm、大小微坑直径为40/50~50/60μm、距刃距离为100~110μm内时,球头铣刀强度较好。

Simulation Study on Tool Structure Strength of Trapezoidal
Microcrater Textured Ball Milling Cutter

Abstract:In the research of ballend milling cutter,it is found that
the cutting performance of the tool and the effect of antiwear and antifriction can be significantly improved by putting a reasonable arrangement of surface texture into the rake face of the ballend milling cutter.In order to ensure the preparation of microtexture does not affect the normal use of the tool surface,the relationship between microtexture and tool strength needs to be discussed.Taking the ballend milling cutter as the research object,the trapezoidal dimple texture with different geometric parameters is prepared on the rake face of ballend milling cutter,the strength of ballend milling cutter is simulated by ANSYS software to obtain stress and strain nephogram under different geometric parameters,and the corresponding analysis is made.The results show that the preparation of trapezoidal dimple texture on the rake face of ballend milling cutter has little influence on the cutter strength and can be used normally.At the same time,it is found that the order of various factors affecting tool strength is:pit spacing>pit diameter>distance from edge.When the pit spacing is 150~175μm,the pit diameter is 40/50~50/60μm and the distance from the edge is 100~110μm,the ballend milling cutter has better strength.
