径向振动外圆车削TC4钛合金切削性能仿真

摘要:为研究径向振动外圆车削TC4钛合金过程中不同振幅对Mises应力、切削力以及切削热的影响,基于JohnsonCook本构模型和Zorev摩擦模型建立了外圆车削TC4钛合金的有限元模型,利用Third Wave AdvantEdge切削仿真软件进行了外圆车削TC4钛合金的有限元仿真。分析仿真结果后,获得径向振动外圆车削TC4钛合金的最佳振幅。采用单变量仿真实验,研究了刀具的进给速度对Mises应力、切削力以及切削热的影响,为实际加工提供了参考。

Performance Simulation of Cylindrical Turning TC4 Titanium Alloy
 with Radial Vibration

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of different amplitudes on Mises stress,cutting force and cutting heat in the process of cylindrical turning TC4 titanium alloy with radial vibration,a finite element model is established based on johnsoncook constitutive model and Zorev friction model,and the finite element simulation is carried out through the Third Wave AdvantEdge cutting simulation software.By analyzing the simulation results,the optimum amplitude of radial vibration in cylindrical turning TC4 titanium alloy is obtained.And the influence of the tool feed rate on Mises stress,cutting force and cutting heat is investigated by univariate simulation experiment.
