钢轨在线修复铣刀盘的设计

摘要：钢轨铣磨车被广泛应用于钢轨在线修复领域，铣刀盘是其核心部件之一。对R60型钢轨的铣刀盘进行设计，利用UG软件进行刀盘轮廓拟合和排屑槽设计，同时设计出合理的刀体，以满足实际应用要求。

Design of Online Milling Cutter for Rail Repairing

Abstract:The rail milling train is widely used in the field of online rail repairment，and the milling cutter is one of the core parts of the train.In this paper，UG software is used to fit the profile and design the chip breaker of the milling cutter for R60 type rail repairing.Meantime，the reasonable cutter body is designed，and the designed product can meet the requirements of practical applications.
