C70S6材料连杆用螺尖丝锥的优化设计与应用

摘要:针对C70S6高硬度钢材料连杆螺纹的难加工性,为改善螺尖丝锥在加工连杆螺纹孔时出现易磨损、折断、寿命短和不稳定等问题,通过优化螺尖丝锥的结构参数和加工工艺,对优化后的螺尖丝锥进行了寿命对比试验。结果表明,该优化设计能有效改善螺尖丝锥在加工高硬度钢C70S6材料连杆螺纹过程中出现的易磨损和易断裂问题,同时提高了螺尖丝锥的使用寿命及稳定性。

Optimization Design and Application of Spiral Pointed Taps
for C70S6 Connecting Rod

Abstract:Regarding the problem of rapid wear,easy breakage,short life and unstableness when cutting highhardness steel C70S6 connecting rod threads with spiral pointed taps,cutting tests are carried out to compare the tool life after optimizing the structure parameters of the tap and the processing technique.The test results show that the optimized design can effectively improve the problem of rapid wear and easy breakage,and can also improve the tool life and stability of the spiral pointed tap.
