分流叶轮五轴数控加工仿真优化

摘要:目前,分流叶轮的整体加工技术仍处在发展和创新阶段,其加工难点在于叶片曲面造型过于复杂以及在现有加工技术下难以保证加工效率和精度。
分流叶轮的数控加工技术已用于实际生产,但仍存在很多缺陷。本文利用UG NX软件获得参数化模型及NC程序,利用VERICUT进行模拟仿真和优化程序,并运用五轴联动设备加工叶轮,克服了常规工艺的加工难点,实现了分流叶轮的高效率和高精度加工。

Simulation Optimization on Fiveaxis NC Machining of Shunt Impeller

Abstract:At present,the integral machining technology of shunt impeller is still in the stage of development and innovation,and the difficulties of machining shunt impeller lie in the complexity of blade surface modeling and the difficulty in achieving machining efficiency and precision under the current machining technology.Although the numerical control machining of shunt impeller has been used in actual production,it still has many defects.In this paper,UG NX is used to obtain the parametric model and NC program,VERICUT is used to simulate and optimize the program,and the fiveaxis equipment is used to process the impeller,which overcomes the machining difficulties under the conventional technology and realizes the highefficiency and highprecision machining of the shunt impeller.
