手工氩弧焊修补TC4DT钛合金材料电子束焊缝的力学性能及微观组织分析

摘要:采用手工TIG氩弧焊补焊TC4DT钛合金材料电子束焊缝局部小缺陷,并分析其对电子束焊缝力学性能和微观组织的影响。通过抗拉、屈服、冲击和疲劳试验,对试样的力学性能和断面进行金相分析,观察试样的微观组织。试验结果表明:采用手工TIG氩弧焊补焊电子束焊缝小缺陷后,焊缝的拉伸强度略有下降,韧性略有恢复,疲劳强度基本相当,断裂位置在焊缝及热影响区以外;焊缝的网篮状马氏体结构没有明显变化。

Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of EBW Seam of
TC4DT Titanium Alloy Reparied by Manual TIG

Abstract:The mechanical properties and microstructure of manual TIG repaired EBW (electron beam welding) seam of TC4DT titanium alloy are systematically analyzed.The mechanical properties of the specimen are analyzed by tensile,yield,impact and fatigue experiments and the microstructure of the specimen is investigated by section metallographic analysis.The experimental results show that the tensile strength is slightly decreased,the toughness is slightly restored,the fatigue strength is almost the same,and the fracture location is outside the welding seam and the heat affected zone.The basket martensite structure of the welding seam has no obvious change.
