基于模态参数及铣削试验的颤振叶瓣图快速绘制方法

摘要:为了避免加工中心在铣削过程中产生颤振,需绘制叶瓣图对颤振进行预测。提出了一种叶瓣图的快速绘制方法,设计锤击试验,根据识别出的模态参数预测出叶瓣图的形状;设计铣削试验,根据监测的某主轴转速下的极限切削深度确定叶瓣图的位置;由预测的叶瓣图形状和确定的叶瓣图位置绘出最终的叶瓣图。该方法在保证叶瓣图模型预测精度的同时,将试验次数缩减至2次,大幅提升了叶瓣图的绘制速度。

Fast Drawing Method of Flutter Lobe Based on Modal Parameter and
Milling Experiment

Abstract:In order to avoid flutter in the milling process of the machining center,lobe drawing can be used to predict the flutter.A fast lobe drawing method is presented and a hammering experiment is designed to predict the shape of the lobe according to the identified modal parameters.The milling experiment is designed,and the position of the lobe is determined according to the ultimate cutting depth at a certain spindle speed.The final lobe is drawn according to the shape and position.This method can not only ensure the prediction accuracy of the lobe,but also reduce the number of experiments to two,which greatly improves the lobe drawing speed.
