GH536高温合金的铣削力仿真分析

摘要:GH536镍基高温合金常用于制造涡轮发动机热端部件,为了解GH536高温合金的铣削过程,减少切削力对刀具和加工表面质量的影响,对GH536高温合金的铣削过程进行仿真分析,首先采用拉伸仿真与试验相结合的方式获取了GH536高温合金断裂准则参数;在DEFORM中建立针对GH536高温合金的铣削力仿真模型;接着建立铣削试验平台,通过铣削试验与铣削仿真结果的数据对比验证模型的准确度;最后通过设计单因素仿真试验研究铣削参数对铣削力的影响。结果表明:铣削速度对铣削力的影响最大,与铣削力成正相关;其次为每齿进给量和铣削宽度,与铣削力成正相关;影响最小为铣削速度,与铣削力成负相关。

Milling Force Simulation Analysis of Superalloy GH536

Abstract:Nickelbased superalloy GH536 is often used to manufacture the hot end parts of turbine engines.In order to understand the milling process of GH536 and reduce the influence of cutting force on the quality of cutting tools and machined surfaces,the milling process of GH536 is analyzed by simulation.Firstly,the fracture criterion parameters of GH536 are obtained by the tensile simulation and experiment.Then,the milling force simulation model for GH536 is established through DEFORM and the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the milling simulation results and the data of milling experiment.Finally,the influence of milling parameters on milling force is studied by designing a single factor simulation experiment.The results show that the milling speed has the greatest influence on the milling force with a positive correlation,followed by the feed per tooth and milling width has the lesser influence with a positive correlation,while the cutting speed has the smallest influence with a negative correlation.
