振动切削SiCp/Al复合材料界面行为的仿真与试验研究

摘要:碳化硅增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al)的振动切削是一项新型特种加工技术。SiCp/Al材料的界面相是其材料性能和切削性能的主要影响因素。通过建立界面相的物理仿真模型,分析不同物理参数条件下的界面力学行为,给出基体、界面和颗粒的断裂机理。通过试验对加工后的材料表面进行SEM观察,对比仿真结果,优化仿真模型参数。

Simulation and Experimental Study on Interface Behavior
of Vibration Cutting SiCp/Al Composite

Abstract:The vibration cutting of silicon carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites (SiCp/Al) is a new type of special processing technology.The interface phase of SiCp/Al material is the main influencing factor of its material performance and cutting performance.By establishing a physical simulation model of the interface phase,the mechanical behavior of the interface under different physical parameters is analyzed,and the fracture mechanism of the matrix,interface and particles is given.Using the experimental method,the surface of the processed material was observed by SEM,and compared with the simulation results,the parameters of the simulation model were optimized.
