Abstract:This paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the birth of ISO 13399 "Standard for Data Expression and Exchange of Cutting Tools"，and lists some relevant information technology standards. Some technical terms in ISO 13399 standard for Data Expression and Exchange of Cutting Tools are briefly introduced.The application of ISO 13399 "Cutting Tool Data Expression and Exchange Standard" at home and abroad is introduced.
