基于DEFORM-3D的微织构球头铣刀铣削过程有限元仿真

摘要:为解决钛合金在切削过程中切削温度高、化学活性高、加工性较差的问题,选取碳化钨沟槽织构两齿球头铣刀为研究对象,在干式切削条件下对不同参数沟槽织构的球头铣刀铣削钛合金的过程进行有限元仿真,并分析不同织构参数对切削力、切削温度的影响规律。结果表明:不同参数的沟槽织构对切削力的影响程度为距切削刃距离>宽度>刃口半径>间距;对切削温度的影响程度为距切削刃距离>宽度>刃口半径>间距。通过建立遗传算法优化模型,对沟槽微织构球头铣刀的参数进行优化,得出当沟槽织构宽50μm、距切削刃距离150μm、钝圆刃口半径40μm、间距100μm时,球头铣刀切削性能最优。

Finite Element Simulation of Milling Process of Microtextured 
Ballend Cutter Based on DEFORM3D

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high cutting temperature,high chemical activity and poor machinability in the cutting process of the titanium alloy,the tungsten carbide groovetextured twotooth ballend cutter is taken as the research object.Under the dry cutting condition,the milling process with ballend cutters of different groove texture parameters are simulated through the finite element simulation,and the effect of texture parameters on the cutting force and cutting temperature is analyzed.The results show that the influence degree of groove texture parameters on cutting force is distance from edge>width>radius of edge>spacing,and the influence degree on cutting temperature is distance from edge>width>radius of edge>spacing.Also,the genetic algorithm optimization model is established to optimize the micro groove texture parameters,and it is found that the cutting performance of the ballend cutter is the best when the groove texture width is 50μm,the distance from the edge is 150μm,the radius of the blunt edge is 40μm,and the distance is 100μm.
