加工蠕墨铸铁的孔径圆度和切削力试验研究

摘要:针对蠕墨铸铁加工过程中存在的切削力不稳定和孔形状精度差等问题,通过采用硬质合金涂层刀具对蠕墨铸铁RuT450进行钻削试验,研究切削速度、进给量对孔圆度和切削力的影响关系,并确定最优切削参数。研究结果表明:孔的圆度误差和切削力随着切削速度的增加而降低,但均随着进给量的增加而上升;影响圆度误差的主要原因是切削力的增大导致刀具和工件在加工过程中产生振动,从而引起加工刀具中心位置发生微小跳动,导致圆孔中心偏移;切削速度在31.4m/min时,孔平均半径最接近所用加工刀具的半径。

Experimental Study on Roundness and Cutting Force of
Hole Diameter in Processing Vermicular Graphite Cast Iron

Abstract:Addressing problems in processing of compacted graphite iron (CGI) including unstable cutting force and pore accuracy of hole shape,the effect of cutting velocity and feed rate on the roundness of hole and the cutting force are studied through a drilling test on CGI RuT450 with coated cemented carbide tools,and the relationship between feed rate and hole roundness and cutting velocity is determined.The results demonstrated that the roundness error and the cutting force reduced as the cutting velocity increased,but went up as the feed rate increased.And the cutting force is the main cause of roundness errors which increased cutting force would lead to vibrations in processing,changing the position of tool center and resulting in deviations from the theoretical circle shape.At the cutting velocity of 31.4m/min,the average hole radius is the closest to the radius of tool.
