S290粉末高速钢高硬度丝锥的盐浴淬火工艺研究

摘要:高碳、高合金和高碳饱和度是S290粉末高速钢的成分特点。采用合理的淬火和回火工艺能得到高硬度,并且不容易磨裂。淬火温度对S290钢淬回火硬度影响不明显,但对其过热程度和强度影响明显。S290钢高硬度丝锥适宜的淬火温度为1190℃~1210℃,回火工艺为560℃×1h×2次+550℃×1h×1次,S290钢淬火加热时间略短于M2钢。为保证S290钢的淬回火硬度和韧性,S290钢的淬火冷却速度应比M2钢更快。

Salt Hardening Technology of High Hardness Tap Based on S290 PM HSS

Abstract:High carbon,high alloy and high carbon saturation are characters of S290 PM HSS.High hardness can be obtained,and the grinding cracks do not occur easily if suitable hardening and tempering are adopted for S290.The influence of hardening temperature on hardness is not clear after hardening and tempering,but it has obvious influence on the overheating degree and strength.The proper hardening temperature of S290 highhardness steel taps is 1190℃-1210℃,and its tempering process is 560℃×1h×2 times +550℃×1h×1 time.The hardening heating time of S290 steel is slightly shorter than that of M2.In order to ensure the good hardness and ductility,the quenching rate of S290 steel should be faster than that of M2.
