基于高频感应钎焊的PDC刀具润湿性试验研究

摘要:基于PDC刀具高频感应钎焊实际过程,从铺展系数、润湿角进行润湿性的评价,并采用SEM、EPMA和XRD方法表征钎焊界面的特性和结构。结果表明:在高频感应钎焊润湿过程中,钎料元素和基体元素之间发生了扩散反应,生成了AgCo(CO)4相和CoZn13相、AgZn3相和CuCo(CO)4相,增强了润湿性。最终优选出润湿性最好的试验条件为:2#钎料和J102钎剂在240A的感应电流加热恰好完全停止融化,此时铺展系数为87.896%,润湿角为9328°。

Study on Wettability of PDC Tools Based on High Frequency Induction Brazing

Abstract:Based on the actual process of highfrequency induction brazing of PDC tools,wettability is evaluated through spreading coefficient and wetting angle,and the characteristics and structure of the brazing interface are characterized by SEM,EPMA and XRD.The results demonstrate that during the wetting process of the highfrequency induction brazing filler metal,diffusion reaction occurs between the solder and the matrix.The AgCo (CO)4 phase,CoZn13 phase,AgZn3 phase,CuCo (CO)4 phase are formed.The solder and the matrix are firmly bonded together.In the end,the best test conditions for the best wettability are 2# solder,and J102 flux are completely melted and stopped at 240A induction current.At this time,the spreading coefficient is 87.896%,and the wetting angle is 9.328°.
