高硬高强度钢专用丝锥的开发与应用

摘要：从高硬钢丝锥的材料选择、热处理、刀具几何形状设计涂层及刃口处理四个方面确定高硬钢丝锥的设计思路，通过切削试验验证了开发的高硬钢丝锥在攻丝加工中高硬度低合金超高强度钢的可行性。

Development and Application of Taps for Hardened Ultrahigh Strength Steels

Abstract:Ideas for designing taps for hardened steels are given in respect of tool materials，heat treatment，macro geometry，coating and cutting edge preparations.The feasibility of tapping highhardness，lowalloy and ultrahighstrength steels with the developed taps for hardened steels are verified by cutting experiments.
