摘要:特种行业的材料更新对BTA深孔加工提出了更高的要求。由于BTA深孔加工钻削系统的刚性和刀具自导性较差,排屑和润滑困难,造成加工难度显著增加,甚至出现振动,难以保证精度。为此,本文研究了BTA深孔加工中减振导向块的作用及位置对BTA深孔加工精度的影响。

Abstract:With the renewal of special industry materials,higher requirements are put forward for BTA deep hole processing.In addition,because of the particularity of BTA deep hole processing,from the poor rigidity of the drilling system,the poor selfguidance of cutting tools and the difficulty in chip removal and lubrication are resulted.The processing difficulty is greatly increased,thus even leading to vibration in processing and making the accuracy difficult to be guaranteed.In this paper,the effect of damping guide block and its position on the precision of BTA deep hole machining are studied.
