基于六西格玛的玻璃钢零件端头纤维损伤技术及应用

摘要:玻璃钢材料零件进行机械加工后,在零件端头容易出现纤维损伤的情况。针对玻璃钢零件端头纤维损伤的问题,运用六西格玛管理方法,并利用事实和数据驱动业务流程的改进方法分析了玻璃钢零件端头纤维损伤的问题,找出了问题的主要原因,并对主要原因采取控制措施,从而达到了解决玻璃钢零件端头纤维损伤的目的,促进了玻璃钢零件质量的持续提升。

Application of Fiber Damage Technology at End of FRP Parts Based on Six Sigma

Abstract:After machining the FRP material parts,the fiber damage is easy to occur at the end of the parts. Aiming at the problem of end fiber damage of FRP parts,using six sigma management method,and using the improvement method of fact and data drive business process,the problem of end fiber damage of FRP parts is analyzed,the main cause of the problem is found out,and it takes measures to control the main cause.
