高效对称式铝合金导管滚波加工工具及工艺装备

摘要:为解决铝合金导管滚波加工效率低、质量差的问题,研究了高效铝合金导管滚波加工工具与工艺装备技术,研制出高效铝合金导管滚波加工工具与工艺装备,并通过系统的滚压加工试验,优化滚波加工工具和工艺装备结构及结构参数,提高了铝合金导管滚波加工的效率和质量,降低了飞机制造成本及制造周期。

Symmetrical Form Tool and Processing Equipment for 
Aluminumalloy Pipe

Abstract:To solve the problems of poor quality and low efficiency in the production of aircraft aluminumalloy pipes,the symmetrical form rolling tools and processing equipments are studied and developed.With systemic rolling tests,the optimal structures and parameters of the tools and equipments are obtained.The efficiency and quality of machining aluminumalloy pipes are improved,and the production cost and cycle of planes are shortened.
