基于Halcon的拨叉脚端面尺寸测量

摘要:提出了一种基于Halcon的拨叉脚端面尺寸检测方案,利用数字图像处理方法,对待测图像用中值滤波器进行预处理和二值化处理,使用阈值分割的方法提取出拨叉脚端面的亚像素轮廓;从提取的轮廓中选出贴合拨叉脚端面的轮廓,将这些轮廓连结后进行矩形拟合,获得高精度的边缘轮廓,通过拟合后的矩形得到拨叉脚两端面的距离和偏转角度两个参数。实际测量结果表明,端面距离精度为98%,偏转角度精度为84%。

Measurement of End Size of Shift Fork Based on Halcon

Abstract:This paper proposes a detection solution for end size of shift fork based on Halcon.In this solution,digital image processing algorithm and median filtering method are used to preprocess the image and the images are binarized.Threshold segmentation is used to extract the subpixel contour of the shift fork end surface.The contours that fit the fork foot end surface are selected from the extracted contours.After these contours are connected,the highprecision edge contours are obtained by fitted rectangular.The two parameters of the distance and the deflecting angle of the two ends of the fork foot are obtained through the fitted rectangle.The actual measurement results show that the accuracy of the end face distance is 98%,and the accuracy of the deflection angle is 84%.
