普通圆弧螺纹丝锥牙型和公差

摘要：以德国标准DIN 405 Generalpurpose knuckle threads的普通圆弧螺纹牙型为研究对象，以满足可加工符合该标准的内螺纹丝锥刀具为目标，扩展及补充了普通圆弧螺纹丝锥的螺纹牙型和公差，并通过切削加工及采用量规检测的方式验证和改进了丝锥牙型，总结了普通圆弧螺纹丝锥螺纹牙型设计关键。

Profile and Tolerance of Tap for Generalknuckle Thread

Abstract:Taking the tap for machining the internal thread which meets the German standard DIN405 for generalpurpose knuckle threads as an object，the profile and tolerance of the tap are expanded and supplemented，and the profile is verified by cutting experiments and with gauges.At last，the key points for designing the tap profile are summarized.
