切削加工仿真分析中自动换刀的应用

摘要：利用Pro/E软件扩充刀具库，实现了刀具的自动交换。采用线性插值理论使刀具沿任意轨迹运动，调用自定义工件，运用DEFORM3D软件对定制刀具和工件的切削过程进行了有限元模拟。

Application of Automatic Tool Change Based on Simulation Cutting Analysis

Abstract:The tool library is expanded with the use of Pro/E.The tool could be changed automatically，and also can be moved in any trajectory by using linear interpolation circle theory.The customized workpiece can also be called.The cutting process of the customized tool and workpiece can be adopted to finite element simulation.
