钛合金薄壁圆筒钻孔过程动力学特性变化研究

摘要:运用ABAQUS软件对钛合金薄壁圆筒试件的钻削过程进行模态分析,得出试件的前6阶固有频率和模态振型,并研究试件的几何尺寸、钻孔位置和钻孔直径对试件动态特性的影响规律。结果表明:钻孔过程内孔结构变化对试件固有频率和振型影响不大,试件的各阶固有频率在钻孔时均有不明显减小趋势;长度L=20mm的试件在钻孔时模态振型会发生明显变化,其余长度方案试件的模态振型在钻孔过程不会发生明显变化;试件的固有频率均随着厚度的增加呈上升趋势,而试件长度和外径的增加会导致固有频率呈下降趋势;改变钻孔位置不会对试件的固有频率带来严重影响,但会影响孔的加工精度;改变钻孔直径对试件钻削过程的固有频率影响较小,但对试件的高阶模态振型会产生较大的影响。

Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Thinwalled Titanium Alloy Drilling Process

Abstract:The influence of drilling process on the natural characteristics of thinwalled titanium alloy cylinder is simulate by ABAQUS software,and the first 6 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the specimens are obtained.The geometric dimensions,drilling positions and drilling diameters of the specimens are studied during the drilling process.The results show that the structural variation of internal hole has little effect on the natural frequency and vibration mode of the specimen,and the natural frequencies do not decrease significantly during drilling.The vibration modes of the specimen with length L=20mm will change significantly in drilling process,and the vibration modes of the remaining length specimens will not change significantly;the natural frequency will increase with the thickness increasing,the increase of the length and diameter will cause the natural frequency decrease;the drilling position will not seriously affect the natural frequency,but it will affect the machining accuracy of the hole;the diameter of the drill hole has little effect on the natural frequency during drilling process,but it will have a greater impact on the highorder vibration mode.
