信息熵在定量衡量机械加工表面轮廓特性及其散热的应用

摘要:探讨了如何将信息熵作为定量参数来衡量机械加工表面的粗糙无序程度。基于核态沸腾传热技术的散热过程中,固体散热表面的微观轮廓特性直接影响热传递的性能,对固体散热表面微结构和散热过程中体现出的分形特征进行了分析。汽化核心处的温度时间序列的信息熵定量衡量了散热的无序程度。

Application of Information Entropy in Qualitative Measurement of 
Machined Surface Profile and Surfacebased Cooling

Abstract:The employment of information entropy as a qualitative parameter to measure the randomness of machined surface is investigated.In the cooling process of industry equipments based on nucleate boiling heat transfer,the characters of the microprofile of the solid cooling surface directly influence the performance of the thermal transport.The fractal characters manifested in the microstructure of the solid surface and the surfacebased cooling process are analyzed.The information entropy of the temperature timeseries qualitatively measures the randomness of the cooling process.
