稳态车削条件下的刀具强度分析与设计

摘要:以车削刀具强度设计为研究对象,发现在车削过程中,刀杆的不同悬伸长度及刀具参与切削部位的几何尺寸对车削刀具强度影响较大,而这两方面因素主要与刀杆强度、刚性以及刀具楔角βw有关。利用弯矩与挠度原理,计算获得不同悬伸长度和机器中心高度条件下保持车削刀杆强度及刚性的最小横截面尺寸;通过切削载荷计算获得刀具抗破损的楔角βw设计方法,并得到不同刀具楔角βw条件下刀具的极限切削深度apmax规律曲线。该分析方法为车削刀具的稳定性设计提供了参考。

Tool Strength Analysis and Design based on Condition of Stable Turning

Abstract:Taking the design of turning tool strength as the research object,it is found that the strength of turning tools is greatly influenced by the suspension length of the tool arbor,the tool parameters and the geometric dimension of the cutting part in the actual turning process.And these are mainly related to the strength,rigidity of the arbor and the wedge angle βw of the tool.Based on the principle of bending moment and deflection,the minimum crosssection size of turning tool arbors with different suspension lengths and machine center heights is obtained.Through the calculation of cutting load,the design method of wedge angle βw,which is related to damage resistance;furthermore,the curve of maximum cutting depth apmaxof the tool with different wedge angle βw is obtained.The analysis method can provide a reference for the stability design of turning tools.
