高效铝合金化铣边缘处理方法及工具

摘要:为解决铝合金化铣边缘处理加工效率低和质量差的问题,对铝合金化铣边缘处理方法及工具进行了研究,并开发了高效铝合金化铣边缘加工专用工具。通过切削加工试验优化了工具的结构及参数,提高了铝合金化铣边缘处理加工的效率与质量,降低了飞机制造成本及制造周期。

Method and Tool for Machining Part Side Surface by Chemical Milling

Abstract:Regarding the problems of poor quality and low efficiency in the chemical milling line of aircrafts,the method and tool for machining part side surfaces by chemical milling are studied and developed.With systemic cutting tests,optimal structures and parameters of the tools are obtained.Finally,the efficiency and quality of machining part side surfaces by chemical milling are improved,and the production cost and cycle of planes are shortened.
