刀刃角与岩石节理倾角对盘型滚刀破岩效率的影响

摘要:为了研究节理倾角与刀刃角对滚刀破岩效率的影响,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,采用DrukerPrager弹塑性本构模型模拟岩石材料,使用不同刀刃角的滚刀对不同节理倾角的岩石进行滚切加工,并结合破岩比能理论研究破岩效率,以破岩比能最小为依据确定不同节理倾角下的最优刀刃角。研究结果表明:不论倾角如何,节理层处的岩石破碎效果优于其他地方的破碎效果;在节理倾角为0°和30°时,滚刀的破岩比能呈波动的趋势,而且最优刀刃角为60°;在节理倾角为60°时,最优刀刃角为45°~50°;在节理倾角为90°时,最优刀刃角为40°~45°;随着节理倾角的增加,最优刀刃角呈不断减小趋势。该研究结果可为不同地质条件下盾构施工时的刀具选型提供一定的理论依据。

Effect on Rock Breaking Efficiency of Disc Hob with Blade Angle and
Rock Joint Inclination Angle

Abstract:In order to study the effect of joint inclination and blade angle on rock breaking efficiency of hobs,DrukerPrager elasticplastic constitutive model is used to simulate rock material by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Hobs with different blade angles are used to hob rocks with different joint inclination angles.Combining with rock breaking energy theory,the rock breaking efficiency is studied,the optimal blade angles under different joint inclination angles are determined based on the minimum rock breaking energy.The results show that no matter what the inclination angle is,the rock breaking effect at the joint layer is better than that at other places;when the inclination angle of the joint is 0° and 30° the rock breaking effect of the hob fluctuates upward and downward,and the optimum blade angle is 60° and when the inclination angle of the joint is 60°,the optimum blade angle is between 45° and 50° when the inclination angle is 90°,the optimum blade angle is between 40°and 45°,and the optimum blade angle is decreased with the increase of joint inclination angle.The research results provide a theoretical basis for tool selection in shield tunneling under different geological conditions.
