超深结构大轴加工技术

摘要:以某超深结构大轴为载体,介绍了难加工材料AF1410钢的特性。采用正交试验法进行切削试验,得出适合加工该材料的刀具和切削参数。结合零件的结构特点,介绍了长径比超过8:1的超深型腔结构零件的数控加工方法,为大型复杂结构件制造提供了必要的技术途径和新的技术保障。

Abstract:With a deep structure big shaft as the carrier,the difficulttomachine materials AF1410 steel material properties is introduced,and the orthogonal experiment method is adopted to improve the cutting test,the material processing cutting tool and cutting parameters are obtained.Combined with the structure characteristics of the parts,the length of the diameter ratio than 8:1 deep cavity structure parts of NC machining method is introduced,and the large complex structure manufacturing can provide the necessary technical approaches and new technology.
